Oh my gosh. I am just estatic. Higgins is my home sim. I once owned a quarter of it but then sold most of it off tiering down. I've since then become profitable to tier up gradually over time. Ever since the Dawn & Drew show came to this sim, it's been really hard to get land back. They are so famouse, people keep buying up land since March when Drew first mentioned it. Best of all - even though land values are jacked up very high (i'm used to paying 5 L$/sq. m. but its at about 18 now), I got over 2000 sq. m. free! FREE! I didn't even ask. The owner asked me.
